Federal Guidance on the Recovery Act
Federal agencies release strategy and policy guidance to all recipients of federal monies, including states and local organizations. Federal guidance information is listed below for all Department programs that have received Recovery Act funds:

The Recovery Act requires GAO to do bi-monthly reviews of the use of funds by selected states' and localities'. Pennsylvania is one of sixteen (16) states selected to participate in the bi-monthly reviews.
